When selecting your meals, you will be able to sort by the following diet types: Hearth Healthy, Gluten Free, Diabetic, Keto, Vegan, Low Sodium, Low Carb, Menopause, and Dairy Free.
  • Do I have to prepare the meal?
    All of our meals will come fully cooked and frozen sealed. All that’s left is to do is unpackage, reheat, and enjoy. Each meal comes as a fully prepared single serving for 1 adult in its own marked container.
  • How long will the meals last?
    Our meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and then frozen to ensure that when you’re ready to eat each meal, it will taste as if our chefs hand-prepared in your own kitchen. The benefit of freezing the meals extends beyond preserving the restaurant-quality flavor that bistroMD is known for. The freezing process also naturally extends the shelf-life of each meal to up to one year when kept continuously frozen. This translates to the best value possible for our customers as you’ll never waste a penny on food that spoils before you’ve had a chance to enjoy it. Less food waste is great for your wallet but also for the environment! A meal placed in a standard refrigerator at a frozen state could take a couple of days to thaw completely and would still be safe to eat 2-3 days after it’s become completely thawed, much like any other leftovers you have cooked at home.
